Common faults and Solutions for Pillow Packing Machine

Pillow packing machine is one kind of packing equipment which has been widely used and many familiar products like biscuit, facial tissue and areca-nut are packed by them. Faults may happen after machines’ long time work, here Union Machinery offers common faults and solutions to these faults for pillow package machines so that problems can be solved timely for users.

Firstly, if a coke or crinkle occurs to products’ seal, it is because that the temperature is too high and the speed is too low when the machine is in operation. The solution for it is to adjust the temperature to the appropriate range and improve the speed of horizontal pillow packing machine.

Secondly, when the cutter cuts on products, it indicates that the height of tool apron of the pillow machine is inappropriate and the packing speed is too high so that the push rod and cutter are not operating simultaneously. The solution is to adjust the packing speed and the height of tool apron of the pillow packing machine.

Thirdly, when products appear off-position deviates from the color code, it shows that the color of color code in film is too light and the film drive slips, and its solution is to adjust its sensitivity and switch the tracking mode of the pillow machine to “tracking cut”.

Fourthly, when the temperature cannot be controlled by machine’s thermometer, it shows that maybe the solid state relay or the thermometer has been broken. And the solution is to change the broken solid state relay or the broken thermometer.

Lastly, when the seal is not firm, this is because the packing speed of the horizontal pillow packing machine is too high. And the solution is to lower the machine’s packing speed.
